Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancelled 7 or more days before check-in — Full refund minus any processing fees.
• Cancelled 3 to 6 days before check-in — 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancelled less than 3 days before check-in — No refund. The full booking amount will be charged.
• No-show — No refund. The full booking amount will be charged.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days via the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

In case of emergencies, natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually and do our best to accommodate your situation.

Property-Specific Policies
