Welcome to SkyBnB. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Agreement

All bookings made through SkyBnB are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

2. Payment

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the property. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and cash. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Liability

SkyBnB acts as a booking platform connecting guests with property owners. We are not liable for any issues arising from the property itself. However, we will always assist in resolving any disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

SkyBnB reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
